{Food Crush} Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

I'm trying something new this month, I'm trying to cook in my Crockpot at least once a week. I've got a pretty amazing collection of recipes on this Pinterest board, but there's one recipe that's my Go-To when I need to get dinner on the table and in no mood to cook!

This yummy Pork Roast almost didn't happen (thank's to my wonderful Man). But that's a story I'll share along the way.

Hungry? Let's get cooking.

If you've been to any of the Disney parks, you know there are so many distinct smells in the air making you hungry for any and all treats around you. I mean, there's a reason Simple Disney Things can post about the smell of The Confectionary on Main Street and get 631 notes on Tumblr.

{Food Crush} Minnie Meets Mickey

This cake was featured on Disney's Fairytale Weddings and Honeymoons Ever After Blog and was from such a sweet Hollywood themed wedding at the Disneyland Resort and I fell in love with it.

And when I say, "fell in love with it" I mean I printed the picture off and put it in my "When I get married this is what I want" folder.

{Food Crush} Dip it Good!

This week's food crush is all about dips. So easy to whip up, so easy to eat, and always a big hit with low-budget college kids like me.

These two dips I throw together in literally seconds and love sharing with my sorority sisters at our weekly meetings.

And, not to brag or anything, but these dips are total man pleasers. Knock 'em dead, ladies!

I found this great recipe in Cooking Light Magazine and tweaked it a bit to better use what I had in my kitchen. It’s a great little snack—sweet and spicy—with a total of 188 calories per 1 cup serving.

Chicken Cheese and Spinach Manicotti

So Lincoln and I recently made the decision to welcome the new year with some weight loss. Both of us have really packed on the pounds since our freshmen years, leaving us feeling lethargic. Starting January 1st, Linc and I are starting a strict 1200 calorie a day intake, and 3 30-min. work outs at our complex's gym each week.
